about
Clarity, as the whole point
Clariteon Academy is a free video channel for people who want to understand a subject, not sit through one.
What we make
Short lessons — usually three to six minutes — each built around a single idea. A lesson opens with the point, explains how it works, and stops. Lessons are grouped into courses so a subject can be followed in order, but any one of them stands on its own.
Subjects are chosen by what people are actually trying to learn right now: cloud platforms, containers and Kubernetes, data, security, and the certifications that go with them. If a topic is well covered elsewhere and covered well, we would rather make something that isn't.
Who it is for
People who are smart and busy. Career changers, engineers picking up a next skill, people studying for a certification around a full-time job, and anyone who has bounced off a four-hour course video. We assume you can follow an idea quickly — we just owe you a clear one.
How a lesson is made
Every lesson goes through the same pipeline: research, a fact-check pass, a scripted teaching plan, narration, visuals, then a human review before anything is published. The research pass is checked against sources and flagged for anything that cannot be verified, because a clear explanation of something wrong is worse than no lesson.
On AI. The presenters you see and the voices you hear are synthetic, and every lesson is labelled as containing synthetic content on YouTube. The teaching — what a lesson covers, how it is explained, what gets cut — is reviewed by a person before it goes out. We would rather tell you that plainly than have you work it out. You can meet the presenters and see which subjects each one takes.
Free, and staying free
There is no paywall, no course upsell and no membership tier. The channel earns through YouTube partnership and, in time, sponsorships that are disclosed in the video. If that ever changes, it will be said here first.
